Please note that orders placed on Saturdays after 5 p.m. will be dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day. 3.2 Custom Prepared Products: The 1-day dispatch timeframe may not apply to custom prepared products. The dispatch time for such items will be communicated to you during the ordering process.

3. Delivery Time: 4.1 Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, the order usually takes 5-9 working days to reach all metros and tier I cities across India. However, please note that certain pin codes may require additional time for delivery. 4.2 Delays due to COVID-19: In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, please be aware that all orders may experience an additional delay of 1-2 days. This delay is due to a reduced workforce to maintain proper distancing.
